GRIDSTEP Now Playable in Browser

Some minor modifications have also been made to the downloadable build to match the changes made for the WebGL build. I haven't done extensive testing for new bugs on the browser build, but from what I've seen the only new bug is with the fullscreen toggle in the settings since you can exit fullscreen in the browser with ESC but it'll still be enabled in settings, meaning when you go to settings it'll re-enter fullscreen mode. To fix this you can just uncheck fullscreen mode.
